Now the corrupt U.S. District Court judge Thomas T. Cullen had entered an order saying that he will take no evidence into consideration of what was submitted by criminal defendant Brian Hill before the rigged hearing set for February 18, 2025 at 11 AM. This will be at the Roanoke, VA federal courthouse. It is recommended that all alternative media attend this hearing as they set Brian up for a fake probation violation accusations while Brian submitted evidence proving his now-deceased former probation officer Jason McMurray allowed Brian to use a desktop computer off of the internet, allowed Brian to play video games without monitoring software, and allowed Brian to watch TV. This judge didn't get upset about the fraud but instead said in his corrupt order that he will not take any of the filed evidence into consideration. This judge only accepts what the Government and Public Defender say. This will be rigged.

So if one party accuses the other of breaking the law, the other party has a right to file evidence proving the other party lied when that is the case.

A judge is not supposed to be always siding with the Government no matter what evidence is filed. This judge allows the Government to lie then acts like Brian Hill has no evidence even when a former Probation Officer is favorable to Brian. This judge doesn't care about what his former probation officer said. It is all one sided.

It is a treasonous court system. The judiciary is abusive and is suppressing the will of the American people.
