Remember how Old Hollywood would dig trenches for co-stars to walk in to make the barely over 5' tall stars like Audie Murphy and Rock Hudson look tall and powerful?
Did they do that during the Carter Administration?
Because apparently the Carters are both under 4' tall 😏
